💰 Refund Policy

At The Legendries, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We believe in transparency and fairness, so here’s how refunds work across all our products and services.

1 ¡ Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only for products that explicitly mention “Refund Available” on their respective product pages.
If a product page does not include this label, that product is considered non-refundable once purchased.

All refund-eligible products must have a refund request submitted within 5 days of purchase. Requests made after that period will not be accepted.

2 ¡ Digital Products

For digital courses, programs, or downloadable content:

  • If marked Refund Available, you can request a refund within 5 days of purchase.

  • If marked Non-Refundable, the purchase is final, as the content is instantly accessible after checkout.
    Refunds will be granted only in cases of technical issues, duplicate payments, or access failures when reported within the 5-day window.

3 ¡ Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days after approval.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

4 ¡ How to Request a Refund

Send an email to helplegendries@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Reason for refund

Our support team will review and respond within 2 – 3 business days.

5 ¡ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days from approval, first check with your bank or card provider.
